Are you passionate about ideas worth spreading and want to play a vital role in bringing a dynamic TEDx event to our campus? TEDxDePauwUniversity is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated students to join our volunteer team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with talented individuals, and contribute to a meaningful and inspiring event.

We are currently seeking individuals with interest and skills in the following areas:

• Event Management & Logistics: Do you enjoy planning, organizing, and ensuring smooth execution? Help us with venue setup, speaker coordination, volunteer management, and overall event flow.

• Marketing & Communications: Are you creative and skilled at spreading the word? Assist with developing marketing strategies, creating engaging social media content, designing promotional materials, and managing our online presence.

• Photography & Videography: Do you have an eye for capturing memorable moments? Help us document the event through stunning photography and compelling video.

• Production & Technical Support: Are you tech-savvy and interested in the behind-the-scenes magic? Assist with audio-visual setup, stage management, and ensuring the technical aspects of the event run seamlessly.

• Speaker Curation & Support: Are you passionate about identifying and supporting compelling speakers? Help us research potential speakers, assist with speaker communication, and ensure their TEDx journey is a success.
